Appointment requests made through the Site are requests only and are not confirmed until our office contacts you. Payments made through our online payment portal are processed by third-party providers subject to their own terms. Financing options (such as CareCredit, Cherry, or Proceed Finance) are offered by independent companies; we are not responsible for their decisions, terms, or fees. All fees for services remain due as described in your treatment and financial agreements with our office.
